Only 5 times has neither appeared in playoffs!

Paulsboro has made 29 appearances = 78.38% of the time

Glassboro has appeared in the playoffs 28 times (not counting 1974 "declared champion") = 75.67% of the time

They have both been in the playoffs 24 times = 64.86% of the time

Paulsboro is 16-7 in championship games

Glassboro is 9-8 in championship games + 1 championship in 1974 when they were "declared" champions because there were no other qualifiers in the system used that year.
Combined they have been in the finals 40 times which makes 54.05% of the finalists.

Combined, they have won 25 championships (26 counting 1974), which gives them 67.57 % of all on-the-field championships. This does not include Glassboro's "declared championship". If you add Woodbury's 6 championships (Woodbury is 6-2 in championship games and has appeared in the playoffs 15 times), then Gloucester County has all but 6 Championships - Burlington Twp. (2), Palmyra, Florence and Schalick (2) - for 83.78% (84.21% if you count 1974).

Paulsboro is 7-3 against Glassboro in championship games

Paulsboro is 3-3 against Glassboro in semi-finals

It's a BORO thing - you wouldn't understand!

Let me know if I goofed!

Nice Job.... I played in the 92 Championship vs Glassboro.. they had some pretty good players... Jeff Lake - who I had to go against while I was on Defense - Palmer, Moore... i'll be there on Saturday. Should be another good one...

Wow thats really cool. I was a senior for paulsboro when we played them in 2005. They had like 3-4 D-1 players that year and were picked to beat us by 3 scores. We dominated the whole game but just couldn't put it in the endzone until late in the 4th quarter to tie it up. After our field goal in overtime, our linebacker george johnson stripped their wide reciever at the 1 yard line to give us the win. I couldn't have ended my highschool football career in a better way. True testament to the heart of that team and the teams of the past

i've been look all through the internet for awhile now wondering why i cant find to much of anything about the glassboro 1996 team. i honestly believe they had one of the best defenses in glassboro history. anyone who watched them play would agree that they should be mentioned with the best glassboro teams, i mean back when paulsboro was untouchable i was at that championship game and paulsboro fans were conceited in the beginning and humble at the end even though they won. i dont think a team during that time can say they did that even though they lost. plus glassboro played with adversity all season with the lost of nick morris who gave his life to save his sister. gary brackett was also a part of that team he now has a superbowl ring. they also had some pretty good players justin newell, ken scott, abdul payne, rashon green, brian ivey, and many others that was a solid team i think they should be recognized more than what they are
