Thanks to Everyone:

Now that the season has ended, I would like to congratulate all of the participants in this season's games.

First and foremost, I would like to thank all of the players. Not just the champions, but everyone who gave it their all on the field. You are all stars.

I would like to thank all of the coaches and ADs who put the show together. Their hard work and dedication to their student athletes means so much. They endure a lot of criticism for little pay.

I would like to thank the bands and the cheerleaders and those who worked the concession stands, etc. You are jsut as much a part of the show. You entertain us and feed us. Also thanks to those who prepare the fields and clean up after us. Many of you are un-noticed and underappreciated. Thank you for your efforts.

Thanks to all of the fans. Your contributions at the ticket gate and the 50/50s help support the teams. football is an expensive game and every little bit helps. A big boo to those who sneak in without paying or just watch from outside the fence. It is only $3.00. How cheap can you be? You spend a lot more than that on things you don't need that contribute nothing to society. (especially when I see you in fancy clothes)

Thank you all of the good forum writers who kept us informed.

A BIG THANK YOU to sjwildcats who worked hard to give us all of the scores and to clanfan2 who carefully keeps a record of all scores since the beginning of time.

I have posted my final rankings on my blog. it was easy this week since I only had a few teams playing to worry about.

St. Joe's get my #1 in the Small Schools. I can't see how anyone could possivbly argue this.

Florence gets my #1 in Group 1. It is a shame that they couldn't have played Paulsboro or Schalick - especially Paulsboro. This could have been the year when they finally beat a Gloucester County team and they were never given the chance.

Clearview tops my Tri-County rankings, although Schalick can easily argue this one. Clearview's competition was much tougher than Schalick's.

West Deptford tops my Gloucester County rankings as they beat Paulsboro (the only Group Champion fromm the county this year) and they made it to the finals, undefeated going in.

If I were to give a fan award, it would probably go to Florence. Their enthusiasm is un-matched.

I have an analysis of each Tri-County team's season on my Tri-County blog.

Of course, my Bulldogs have full coverage on my other 2 blogs:

Once again, it was a great season. Time to stop all of the negatives and appreciate the positives.

I hope you enjoy all of the photos on my blogs. I will try to do better next year.
