This week’s significant/interesting games:

Ranked teams:

1. St. Joe's (9-0) beat Hammonton 32-3 and the game was not that close as SJ dominated. – once again, a shame that they only get one weak playoff game

2. Timber Creek (10-0) beat Triton 13-3 – not as big a margin as Pennsauken dealt Triton, so they will drop in my rankings behind Pennsauken and Millville!

3. Haddonfield (11-0) beat Haddon Heights 35-0 – top seed in Group 2 and playing like it

4. Camden Catholic (10-0) beat Paul VI 35-21 – top seed in Non-Public Group 2

5. Pennsauken (10-1) beat Bishop Eustace 20-6 – top seed in Group 4 and playing like it, but will be ranked below CC

6. Millville (11-0) beat Vineland 34-0 – headed to finals with perfect record!

7. West Deptford (10-1) beat Paulsboro 40-14 – better players headed to WD now-a-days

The next 4 all lost!

8. Triton (8-3) lost to Timber Creek 13-3 – finally lost to someone other than Pennsauken

9. Pennsville (10-1) lost to Penns Grove 27-14 – headed to Rowan anyway, but would have been nice to have a perfect record!

10. Hammonton (9-2) (7-4) beat Moorestown 33-21 – 2nd seed in Group 3 and moving up in rankings

11. Washington Twp. (7-3) lost to Williamstown 26-0 – ouch!

12. Shawnee (7-3) beat Lenape 22-19 – moving way up in rankings

13. Williamstown (8-2) beats Washington Twp. 26- 0 – revenge and Division Championship game - moving back to top 10

14. Atlantic City (6-4) lost to Holy Spirit 28-6 – can’t beat the good teams except for Hammonton which may not be that good

15. Florence (10-1) beat Riverside 47-7 – finalist in Central Group 1

16. Glassboro (9-2) beat Deptford 34-13 – 1st string only played first half – headed to finals

17. Holy Spirit (7-3) beat Atlantic City 28-6 – playing well heading into finals

18. Woodrow Wilson (6-4) beat Camden 36-12 – as expected – using Camden as a barometer, you rank them: CC, G’boro, WW

19. Bridgeton (6-4) – season completed

20. Moorestown (6-5) – season completed

21. Northern Burlington (9-2) beat Allentown 28-14 – finishes on winning note

22. Cinnaminson (8-3) beat Delran 23-20 – close game to end season

23. Woodstown (6-4) lost to Salem 18-9 – outside of top 2, Group 2 has trouble with good Group1 teams!

24. Penns Grove (7-4) beat Pennsville 28-14 – revenge game, but disappointing season ending again

25. Haddon Heights (8-3) lost to Haddonfield 35-0 – Haddonfield is just too good!

26. Holy Cross (6-4) beat Willingboro 14-12 – come from behind win!
